About The Instructor
I am a wife, mother of four adult children, and 11 beautiful grands. I live in Monroe, Oregon, where I serve as a vocal, guitar, and ukulele instructor at Monroe Christian Church where I lead worship and my husband Stan is the church's pastor.
Drawing from years of experience in both worship ministry and music instruction, I am passionate about equipping young people to use their musical gifts to honor Jesus.
Lessons focus exclusively on contemporary Christian and worship music, creating an encouraging, faith-filled environment where students can grow both musically and spiritually.
Throughout the 2026–2027 season, every student will have the opportunity to use their voice and instrument in three worship concerts, gaining valuable experience while serving through music.
If you're looking for a Christ-centered, encouraging music program where your child can develop their musical abilities while growing in their love for God, I would love to hear from you.
Blessings,
Lori Thomas
