COST
$40 per private (voice & guitar) lesson
$35 per private (voice & ukulele) lesson
GUIDLELINES
Full monthly payment due on the 1st of each month
Pay by cash or check, Late arrivals if more than 20 minutes the lessons is forfeited
As of September 2025 there will be no makeup lessons or refunds
If your child has a fever or is showing signings of Covid please keep them home
If your child misses lessons that would cause them to not be ready for a performance they may not be able to participate in a performance
As of Sept 2, 2025 monthly invoices can be adjusted only for pre-arranged absences.
Pre-arranged absences must be provided before the 25th of the month prior to the month of the absence, for example if you know you are going to be gone a week in November if you let me know before the 25th of October I can adjust your November statement. I can adjust a maximum of 2 lessons per year.

Requirements
Private Lessons
Ages: Reading Age through 17 years
Vocal skill: Beginner
Guitar and Ukulele skills No experience needed
The 50-minute session is vocal only or a combination of both voice and instrument
The student provides:
Instrument and case
Capo, tuner, pick and strap

About The Instructor
Lori is a wife and mother of 4 adult children and 9 beautiful grands. Lori lives in Monroe, Oregon where she is currently a vocal/guitar/ukulele instructor from her private Monroe studio. Lori's husband Stan, is the Lead Pastor at Monroe Christian, and Lori is the worship leader.
Lori is a seasoned performer throughout the northwest. She is a singer/songwriter who shares a passion for teaching young people to take their music above and beyond.
Lori blends her knowledge and experience of performing and teaching and equips young people to use their musical gifts in a positive way. All music is Christian contemporary / worship songs. Every student will be using their singing voice as well as learning to play an instrument.
